Paying Attention to Detail

“You changed the way I’ll be drinking Tomato Juice forever, this tastes so good with the Sauce you added …” was my feedback to the Flight Attendent. He understandable was delighted by this nice feedback. But he went a step further…

Before landing he came back to my seat with a Bottle of “Lea & Perrins” Worcestershire Sauce” wrapped in a blue paper. “This is for you Sir, enjoy your next Tomato Juices!”.

Not just in Tourism these little anectodes make the difference. The question remains, how to get your employees paying attention to detail in such a way..
