Before landing he came back to my seat with a Bottle of “Lea & Perrins” Worcestershire Sauce” wrapped in a blue paper. “This is for you Sir, enjoy your next Tomato Juices!”.
Not just in Tourism these little anectodes make the difference. The question remains, how to get your employees paying attention to detail in such a way..
