My purpose is simple: to make the world a better place through travel. Done well, travel builds understanding between people, creates livelihoods in the places that host us and rearranges how we see the world when we come home.

Travelers are the heroes of their journeys. Team Members are the heroes of the companies they build. My job is to create the place where both can thrive.

I am the Founder and CEO of Ventura Travel. We build specialist travel brands around destination knowledge, remarkable people and a responsibility to the places we visit.

My work is not to be involved in every decision. It is to set direction, develop leaders, protect the culture and build an organisation that can make good decisions without waiting for me. I also lead Ventura AI, using technology to make the work more useful, not less human.
